Right on. Fuente has some good product.
I've been enjoying a few Monte Cristo Platinum Series cigars as well.

(Sorry for the thread hijack OP.)

Chris and KWal, let me fill you in on the Triple Maduro...It is rolled perfectly and an expensive stick, but you get your money's worth. A Rothschild will go for an hour or more. Builds a big, solid ash and doesn't go out easily. The first puff is as bold as you would expect from a mouthful of maduro, but once you get a centimeter in, it is rich but incredibly smooth, chocolate and cream. The ultimate after-dinner cigar, it goes great with just about any drink, especially Port, Cognac, Whisky or Whiskey. Not bad with a root beer, either, if you're giving your liver a break.

Sounds like we may need to open a new cigar thread over in the Corona Lounge area...

I will mostly have scotch or Jameson with a heavier stogie. Ginger ale goes great with most cigars imo. Also just water is very enjoyable.

This is interesting. I used to sit in the non-smoking section of a restaurant (back when they had them) and hated the smell of smoke during a meal...
Now, however, I have lived far longer than I or anyone who knows me expected. So I've been thinking about taking up smoking...It looks pretty relaxing and enjoyable....and I'm willing to assume more health risk at this stage of life. I'm just not sure if I can relax any more than I am without going to sleep. Maybe I'll start with a cigar that WON'T stay lit... Because I'm really not in that big of a hurry to check out....

I'm a non-smoker and hate cigarette smoke. However, there is something I find pleasing about pipe and cigar smoke. I've tried the odd cigar in my time (very few indeed) and can see the attraction but the taste of the things the next day puts me off.
