Default Hello! From the Zombie in Southern Illinois

My name is Tracy and I own The Zombie Guitar Company located in Herrin Illinois.

Though I am not a Fender dealer, we get American and MIM in the shop. I hope being part of this forum will help me learn more about Fenders and make some cool Fender Friends!

Hi Tracy, welcome to Fender Talk! You have some great looking guitars in the front window of your shop, but personally I would be nervous about the effects of the sun on those beauties. I only mention it because I know of a guy in California who did that and experienced problems with several store window guitars. But that was in southern California too!

It makes some men crazy and they talk like fools.

Yeah, I uncover them at 10:30am. That is when the window is in the shade.

For the picture I placed them in the window before 10:30... then took them out.

Hah! Well done. As you well know, the sun can wreck havoc on a nice instrument. The guy I referred to above ended up with several Les Pauls that were only suitable for slide guitar after a few weeks in the shop window. Bad decision!
