    Getting the pots, switch and jack in is going to be a nightmare, but that is going to be a couple of months away. I have time to gird my loins, as they say.

    Can you use tubing like air hose for a fish tank to place over the pot stem and pull thru to the hole?

    I usually just tie some twine around the pot shaft, but it's still extremely cumbersome.

    I did this when I put the RS Guitarworks electronics kit in my Sheraton. It works, but as Mike says, "cumbersome."

    CRRRACK! The plastic cylinder split - that bushing doesn't want to come out. Will try PVC or metal.
