    That is some beauty ash, doc! FWIW, I've always called it a gut cut.

    This is not my first burst, and it is definitely not my best burst. In fact, I think it might be my worst burst, but I'm too lazy to re-do it at this point. and that grain, I filled and sanded it 4 times. Looks like we're going 3-D!

    That's not lazy; that's frustration... C'mon Mike; one more application of filler? Unless you want this for a keeper~!

    Either way, I like the name "WurstBurst".... But I'll bet if you shelve it for a while yer gunna wanna hit it again.
