    Default Bullet Reverb Or What

I have a chance to buy a nice, almost NOS status, Bullet Reverb amp for a tad under $150. I know they don't make them anymore which could be a drawback to some, but doesn't bother me. Would this be a good practice amp or is there something in this price range that would be better? I have a Micro Cube, so should I use it and save the $$$? Just an old beginner with an '83 Tele. Thanks

Hey, "Man".... welcome to FT! I had a Micro Cube and don't know why anyone would want another "practice amp"... The cube works great for practicing; it's only drawback is it's not loud enough to annoy the neighbors; should you wish to. I would wait and wear the cube out. By then you may have bigger/better/faster/louder ideas..... Or, you may just want another Cube....

Thanks for the welcome. Well, I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Bullet Reverb. I've made arrangements with an "almost brother" to have it shipped to his house so the wife doesn't know about it. In return, I'm giving him my Cube. He had one and gave it to his grandson whom he was teaching, so now he doesn't have one and he loved his.

Sorry, Bad, my wife and kids ask for advice then I give it and they do the opposite. I know how you feel.

I've been gone.... went camping. It snowed. :) No worries... Folks usually ask for advice with an idea of what they want to do - hoping for encouragement in that direction....
