    Default Hello from Amsterdam

Since I got so much good info on this forum, I decided it is time to make an account and actually become part of all the fun!

I'm Linda, from Amsterdam, spend half my time on guitars and bands, and half my time on buttons (synthesizers, drumcomputers etc).
I've got a nice mex Strat with SD humbuckers, a Squier '77 vintage modified jazz bass (which is a real charm), a homemade standard tele, some acoustic fender love and some other funmakers. I like assembling guitars ('building' sounds like I have a workshop and make everything myself, that would be too much credit) and recently started collecting all the parts for a '72 Telecaster Deluxe because... well Thom Yorke.

Anyways, thanks for having me around and I'm looking forward to talking with you all!

    Welcome, Linda.

Is the Paradiso on the Leidseplein still in business?

Welcome aboard, Linda. Your clear delineation between "building" and "assembling" makes me think you're A-OK.

Welcome to FenderTalk, Linda! Please make yourself at home and jump in anywhere you want to. That is some beautiful grain on your sunburst!

Indeed. I spent a lot of time there in 1972.
