Welcome to FenderTalk, Fornost! I'm doing quite well, please make yourself at home here.

I have a 5 string Banjo that i play clawhammer style. Saw a youtube video by Steve Baughman called "the power of claw". So i bought the dvd and a 12 string fender dg14s. Think I really needed a 6 string so maybe another guitar is in my future. Other than that I am 62 and have lived 28 years in South Africa and 5 years in Newfoundland. I currently have a very large illeostomy due to a mistake by a surgeon not making a stitch properly when I was having surgery for crohnes. Supposed to be having it reversed soon, but until i am healed there is no way I can work so I have a lot of time on my hands.
Hence starting to do strange things with the wrong instrument at my age.

Get yourself that six string my friend and dive in here for advice and support. We're a close knit community that pulls together.

I wish you well with the reversal. Hope you sued that SOAB for the mistake!
