Speaking of which, I just called those guys and ordered a Fulltone OCD. Just what I need, another overdrive pedal!

Some contend that rock 'n roll is bad for the body & bad for the soul
Bad for the heart, bad for the mind, bad for the deaf & bad for the blind.
It makes some men crazy and they talk like fools.
Makes some men crazy and they start to drool.

Great to hear him talk about this in such a clear matter of fact way......if only he wouldn't play the guitar as well! Not a fan of his playing though I respect his immense talent. I think it was about at 9 minutes 50 seconds when he actually played a chord I liked.

I'm with you there. Like you, I admire his chops and talent, but I'm not a fan of his playing. He is a tremendously articulate guy, and a very good teacher on his clips. Same thing with Joe Satriani, who has an enviable knack for explaining complicated things very simply, and I do love Joe's playing.

Ah, yes. I have seen this clip before as well. I am with you guys. I respect his in depth knowledge and technical skills but his playing is not my cup of tea. I assume his music is too intelligent and far above anything I can comprehend. I like to see him in a tamed environment with other players. I'm a big Nuno and Kotzen fan and found this a while ago:

FYI... Fulltone's website always has blems available at reduced prices. But, you have to watch it regularly and order quick. There were 7 OCD v2 listed today for $99 ea.
Whether you think you can...or you can't...you're right!

Some mistakes are just too much fun to only make once!!!

Try it with 9 volts for a while and then feed it 18. I was really surprised at the difference.

And don't be put off by that smell of burning.
