    I couldn't possibly remember 19 positions even if I had a partner.

    And here I thought when Fender came up with the S1 it was a bit much...
    Whether you think you can...or you can't...you're right!

    Some mistakes are just too much fun to only make once!!!

    Never really liked the S1 switching personally and have now replaced it on both my Strats that were originally equipped with it.

    In truth, I only did the mod on the 513 to get the neck & bridge positions together (which isn't an option on a standard 513).

    I've just worked out that I actually use 12 positions on that guitar (4 positions for each pick-up mode), which does surprise me actually.

    Fortunately I don't mix PUP modes when playing, so I can still gig with my shoes on.

    The one I had is a complete harness, with the noiseless pups in my parts bin.
    Whether you think you can...or you can't...you're right!
