    Default What to do

So, I decided to list my cherry red Epi Dot, being that since I got my 72 thinline, I don't really play it as much. So this guy wants to trade me his MIM Strat.
Included are pics. Any input would be appreciated.

Were you looking for a Strat?

My humble opinion is to keep the dot. Later you will circle back to it if you like the guitar. Trading for another guitar you aren't shopping for will not likely be fruitful.

For me, that would be like trading an apple for an orange. But..... I really like both.

Yeah, dots are out of style. What???

Keep the Dot, and buy the Strat.

Sell the Dot, buy the Strat then trade it for another Tele. There, that's better.

Sell the Dot, don't buy the Strat then sell all your other
guitars and then get a custom built Tele from Aronson Guitars.
    There, that's better.
