    Default John V

I am not sure who this John V is but I was able to grab a model from my local pawn shop today and play it. I was very impressed with it. The neck was extremely playable and comfortable along with good solid feel and great looks! I was offered a 260.00 USD deal. Wasn't sure so I came home and searched it. It seems like a really nice lower end axe!

They did a good job on his signature axe as far as I can see! Can I get Johnny (aka) Captain Jack Sparrow to sign it?

He now plays with Rob Zombie of White Zombie fame etc, 'More Human Than Human' was a big hit back in the 90's.

Marilyn gave him his John 5 name, (actual name is John Lowery) and he usually adopts clown face or evil clown face
for his gigs with RZ. He has a cool hat a la Johnny Winter with double bat? heads and can play shred country, he
loves telecasters and has a great collection of vintage teles and has 2 or maybe 3 Squier signature Teles, which
are more metal than country, all black etc.

The reason I know this?.... I like to listen to a bit of Rob Zombies style of graveyard goth boogie and he always
has great guitar players and John 5 can play country, blues, metal, jazz, whatever.

I've not seen that particular Tele before, so it must be new but I'm liking the look of it.
But nothing will top the Kiwicaster, it is the Tele to end all Teles!

OK, so to my mind this is a 'telecaster' shaped guitar which sounds nothing like
the traditional telecaster. Why John 5 adopted this shape is quite baffling, as it
isn't the most comfortable guitar to play either standing or seated.
