    Default Sorry! I'm desperate

    Hi everybody! First of all, excuse my english, I'm from Argentina and it's not so good. Sorry to bother you but I recently discover that my mom's bass might not be an original Fender. She got it of a debt of some sort, and now that she wants to sell it we can't find any information about it. Can you guys tell me anything I could use??? :(

    PS. The serial number seems to be "6103 3151"

    here is some dating information. I don't see that your neck or neck plate numbers fit American made basses. Maybe these numbers refer to other country manufacturing. Hopefully more people can help.

    The brass nut isn't original (obviously), and Fender doesn't use that black plastic pad under their neck plates. If it's real it's been modified a bit.
