    Default Kinman Traditional MKIII

Finally got around to getting some of these for the 60th Anniversary Strat. I had bought a new Jeff Beck Strat and wanted to get the older strat sounding as good. But now it sounds better. I may have to get some Kinmans for the Jeff Beck...

Well done that man! I have the Traditional I set in my Strat and I'm very happy. The Trad III's were a tad less bright than the original set but it's nothing that a tweak of the tone knob can't fix. I like 'em bright anyway.

Thanks Cap. In that recording I had to knock back the brightness just a tad so I cant imagine how bright they can possibly be

Well done, Elijah! You know how I feel about Chris Kinman's pickups, they are the best I've found. Welcome to the club.

Thanks Stan, glad to be one of the family :) I love the tone of these things. I really must do something about the Jeff Beck though....it sounds so bland in comparison and that surprises me
