Sorry, I am sitting with my amp now. Follow the steps I told you. After pressing save the display should go from a "C" prefix to a "P" prefix. The P00 that should appear indicates that you are in the area of the amp that is related to the controller. The P00 is the location on the controller displayed as 000 on the controller display. P01 is displayed as 001, etc. The "A" prefix is related to the amp models. You can save both "A" and "C" prefix settings to the "P" prefix that can be accesed by the controller. Once you get the hang of saving settings, you should really explore creating your own custom settings. That is where the amazing thing about the amp shines.

I think I found something. Again, I did what you suggested but it keeps jumping around to "00" when I press other buttons or press on the continous controller pedal. Then I noticed when I press on the case next to the controller pedal it also jumped to "00". So I opened the unit and found the circuit board beneath the pedals cracked and poorly repaired (previous owner was a Gorilla).

This was due to poor designs by Fender. The voltage regulator transistor bolts to the case as a heat sink, creating a physical stress point. Lots of companies make this mistake. Worse yet, there is no structural support beneath the pedals. My upper case is clearly bowed inwards from a Gorilla stomping on the pedal. Pedal range never reaches 100% (I can see via Cyber Commander software.)

I need to address this carefully before the programming issues. Thank you for all your help.

I think someone should do a blog "www.FenderCyberTwinComplete.com" with real tutorials and all known issues documented.

So I need to throrough repair

Not a MEMORY PROTECT issue, gents.

QUESTION: When cyber foot controller is not connected to amp, when you press on each button does it change and hold selection until another button is pressed?

According to your question "the foot controller is not plugged in" , it's not going to work.
