Default Happy Birthday Leo

Hey Guys/Gals,

Leo would have been 100 today. Since he's the man responsible for all of us being here (on this forum) today, I thought it'd be nice to recognize him. Thanks Leo! You have no idea how grateful we all are ...

WOW That's a great picture of the Man. A few weeks ago someone posted asking about date markings on the heal of there Strat neck. I have two great books. The Stratocaster Chronicles and the sole of tone. Both by Tom Wheeler. If you are a Fender fanatic you have to read these books. Ive read both a number of times and it makes me feel like I'm right there with them. I didn't find an answer for the poster but I'm about half way through the book again.

Gotta love The Man. I played my Strat this weekend in his honor.
"Life's too short not to enjoy great tone."

Some contend that rock 'n roll is bad for the body & bad for the soul
Bad for the heart, bad for the mind, bad for the deaf & bad for the blind.
It makes some men crazy and they talk like fools.
Makes some men crazy and they start to drool.
