    Default AjayTele's Guitar Speak-easy

I guess it's probably about time to have a personal diary where we can track my GAS afflication and hopefully people can have a laugh at my futile attempts at combatting it.

For those of you who don't know, I'm an Aussie, based in Sydney and have a fairly sizeable guitar collection

FYI, the collecting of guitars wasn't a planned thing. It just seemed like I bought a guitar, then another, then another (and I guess you get the picture) until I ended up with guitars all over the place. But I guess I have been a hoarder all my life, so it was odds on that the guitar thing would end up that way as well.

As my name suggests, Teles are my favourite and it has become a mission to collect as many different variations on the Tele theme as possible. The bad news in this respect is that there are an enourmous number of different Tele types and configurations, I'm sure that there wouldn't be nearly as many if I had decided to collect Strats in the same manner. (not that I haven't bought a few Strats either).

Anyway, that's it from me now. If you do have a question about a particular kind of Tele, feel free to ask - there's a pretty good chance I have one (now) and might be able to give you some first hand experience of how they sound, feel etc...

That's an amazing sight. I've been in quite a few guitar stores that don't have that many.
"But I don't want to go among mad people" Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat, "We're all mad here 'n stuff."

This reminds me of "Groundhog Day" with Bill Murray.
